Exciting news for smartphone enthusiasts in India! Samsung is gearing up to launch its latest M-series marvel, the Galaxy M56 5G, on April 17. This highly anticipated reveal promises to showcase a device that pushes the boundaries of thinness, measuring in at an impressive 7.2mm—matching the sleek design of the flagship Galaxy S25. It seems that 2023 is the year of ultra-slim devices, especially after Samsung wowed us with the Galaxy S25 Edge back in January.

But that's not all! The Galaxy M56 5G boasts top-of-the-line protection, featuring Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on both the front and back. Its elegant glass and metal construction not only looks stunning but also ensures durability.

Photography enthusiasts will be thrilled with the impressive camera capabilities. The smartphone sports a robust 50-megapixel triple camera system complete with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). And for those perfect selfies, there's a 12-megapixel HDR front camera ready to make your shots shine. Plus, get ready for a seamless experience with all the latest Galaxy AI features. And when it comes to video, you can expect stunning visuals with up to 4K 30 FPS in 10-bit HDR support!

Samsung promises that the Galaxy M56 will feature the brightest AMOLED+ display ever seen in a Galaxy M Series smartphone, making it a treat for your eyes!

This new model is set to take over from last year’s Galaxy M55 5G, which was powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor and featured a stunning 6.7-inch Full HD+ sAMOLED+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The M55 itself was a powerhouse, equipped with a triple rear camera setup that also included a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS and an equally impressive 50-megapixel selfie camera. All this was backed by a robust 5,000mAh battery and 45W fast charging.

As for pricing, Samsung will reveal the cost of the Galaxy M56 5G alongside the official launch. However, if we take a cue from the Galaxy M55, which started at Rs 24,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, we can expect a similarly competitive price point. The higher variant reached Rs 30,999, but promotional bank offers brought it down below Rs 30,000 for many buyers. It’s safe to say that the Galaxy M56 5G will follow suit and price itself attractively.

Mark your calendars for April 17, because the Galaxy M56 5G is set to make a splash in the market!
